The estate\u2019s roads, verges and trees along the verges are owned and managed by Domewood Private Residents Association (DPRA Ltd)\u2014a private limited company registered with Companies House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\"><strong>Ownership &amp; Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each household has an equal share in DPRA Ltd, with one vote per property at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company is managed by a Board of Directors, all of whom are residents, elected annually at the AGM and who serve on a voluntary, unpaid basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\"><strong>The Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Committee consists of the elected Directors and additional residents who volunteer or are co-opted. Their responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining the road and verges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing drainage and tree surveys, including necessary tree work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing security measures, including gate maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising community events and social gatherings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\"><strong>Resident Communication &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents receive updates throughout the year via newsletters, noticeboard posters, and Facebook discussions.
